Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NavFlow, provided by GlassFlow GmbH (“NavFlow”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
NavFlow is a data layer for AI agents: an event streaming, routing, and context-management platform available via API, MCP server, and web interface. Features and availability may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the data of other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you send through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant NavFlow a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google, GitHub, Vercel). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
NavFlow and its associated logos, trademarks, and software are the property of GlassFlow GmbH or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our marks.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections intended to survive (fees owed, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR EUR 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify NavFlow against claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Berlin, Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.
